Warren Technical Center, Part III
Warren Technical Center, Part three.
(Rated R: Violence, Strong Language, Sexual Themes) Metro West – Medical West Hospital:
Officer Lewis had been transported to the Medical West Hospital, not far from the Metro West Police Department. They had highly sedated her to calm her down and make sure she wasn’t in physical pain, causing her to sleep most of the time. The medical team had brought her to the operating room immediately and didn’t hesitate to perform emergency surgery on her shoulder in order to remove the bullet from her body and stitch up the damaged flesh.
Fortunately only muscles had been torn apart, leaving no harm to the surrounding nerves. Lewis was lucky as she had been wearing her bulletproof vest, although it was ripped by the gunfire, it protected her from a more severe injury. However a scar would remain after she had healed.
Lewis was transferred to the ICU after her surgery was over. Various monitors surrounded her; they beeped and displayed her physical condition.
RoboCop had visited her shortly after he had returned from Warren Technical Center. She hadn’t been awake to realise he was there due to the high sedatives they had injected into her blood stream. Flexible tubes were inside her nose and coming out of her mouth, as she had lost a high amount of blood, the doctors had cables connected from her body to several computer monitors, supervising her breathing, blood pressure and her cardiac rhythm.
Two fluid infusions where attached to her arms. RoboCop had stood next to the bed, looking down on her, crushed by the sight of her condition. He was worried about her condition and once more he was tormenting himself, wondering why he even allowed Lewis to go with him to that suicide mission.
'Once more I put her in danger, unable to protect her from harm. Once more, she risked her life for me, for a machine, an OCP product. Easy to be rebuilt and reprogrammed and now she has to go through all of this again, because of me.'
When a nurse came to check over the infusion’s connection, he turned towards her. “How is her vital status?” The nurse was so shocked at the cyborg talking to her, she stepped back immediately, nearly dropping the things she was carrying in her hand. “Oh my god... I am sorry... Uhm she is, well, who are you to ask about her?”
The nurse was very nervous and RoboCop stepped back attempting to calm her, by showing in a silent way he did not mean to scare her,
“I am her partner. I am officer Murphy, I made the call for her rescue.” The eyes of the nurse widened with disbelief. “But you are... you are a robot”.
Despite the fact RoboCop has repeatedly being called just a robot or a machine, he will never get used to such derogatory comments. He refused to explain anything on his matter, just looking at the nurse now. “Still, I am her partner.”
The nurse put herself together, straightening her clothes, raising her head. She looked at the cyborg then, turning herself away from him, one last glance at her patient.
“She needs rest. You should leave now. It wouldn’t be good, if she woke up and be stressed by.... well... You know she shouldn’t ....” RoboCop stepped forward now, standing very close in front of the nurse, looking down on her, his expression tense, and with a determined tone in his voice, replied:
“She wouldn’t be afraid of me, I am a friend. All I want to know is if she will be alright?” She nurse looked up to him, now scared and shaking. She leaned herself against the wall behind her, trying to get away from him. Murphy didn’t move, just kept his stare on her.
“Yes. Yes she will be alright. She will need time to recover, but as things went well, as she was lucky and they brought her just in time, it is most likely that she will be fine, after some time.”
RoboCop mechanically turned around and exited the intensive care unit. “Will you come back?” the nurse asked and it seemed she was hoping to not see him again. “No.” was all he responded, before the door closed behind him.
RoboCop didn’t return to the intensive care unit, but when he found out, that Lewis had been transferred to the normal ward, he returned to check on her again. He found her resting in a single room, all by herself.
He had entered the room, as quiet as possible for him and had stood next to her bed again. She laid on her right side, sleeping. Her injured shoulder bandaged. No computers where attached to her anymore, the infusions had been removed as well as the flexible tubes.
He had looked at her for quite a while. She hadn’t woken up and didn’t move at all. Still he was concerned about her condition and felt responsible to be there with her, although she didn’t even notice, he had been coming to check up on her more than once. While he was looking at her, a mobile phone which was on the bedside table, started to ring; Murphy turned his head towards it.
It was a smartphone with a big screen display showing an incoming call from someone called Chris. There was no surname to it. Murphy just looked at the phone, not picking it up. He noticed that Chris had tried to call her several times.
Lewis hadn’t moved. RoboCop once more looked down on her, then motioned away from her bed in order to leave the room. At that instance, Lewis moved, snuggling under her blankets and sighed. “Murphy” RoboCop froze, looking back at her over his shoulder. She was still asleep, so she hadn’t noticed him or seen him, but she must be thinking about him in her dreams.
RoboCop slightly smiled, then left the room. Two weeks later, RoboCop had been on duty all day without the company of any other officer, Sergeant Reed contacted him over the radio in his turbo cruiser.
RoboCop was driving down the highway on patrol. They hadn’t detected the leaders of the drug gang, they had already taken them down in Warren Technical Center, but investigation was still in progress. “B477 can you hear me? This is Sergeant Reed.” RoboCop pressed the button.
“B477 confirms. What’s the call?” “Murphy, Officer Lewis is fully recovered, would you please drive to the hospital to pick her up?” RoboCop turned his head to look outside of the window. “Murphy?” “Sure Sarge, on my way. Over and out.”
RoboCop checked his route, then speeded up the cruiser, heading towards the Medical West. Ever since he had seen the numerous calls of that person called Chris, several questions plagued his mind. 'Who was that guy? Why did he call her so often, what was it he wanted to know from her so determined, that he would keep on trying. Was he a friend of her? Some serious friend?'
He had scanned his memory storage on his computer programmed system but hadn’t found any recordings of Lewis telling him about a guy called Chris nor had he been able to make any research about the name either, as the information was too limited to find any connections between that man and his partner.
RoboCop didn’t know why this fact bothered him so much.He arrived to the hospital shortly after and parked the car, waiting in the parking area. He assumed she’d be coming outside soon and would see the cruiser anyway. Some time went by and eventually Lewis stepped outside the doors with her trolley behind her.
She looked around. She wasn’t using her left arm to pull the trolley in order to conserve her injured, shoulder. His face enlightened when he saw her, he was unaware she moved his feelings.
He stepped out of the car and waited for her. Lewis spotted the car and her partner standing beside it. A huge smile on her face, she let go of her trolley and waved to him.
RoboCop started to walk towards her, his heavy metallic footsteps pounding on the ground beneath him. “You called a taxi Lewis.” Robo said as he stood in front of Lewis, looking down on her. She smiled at him happily and stepped closer towards him, putting her right arm around his neck, pulling herself up to him.
“Yeah sure, the fastest, best protected and most compelling taxi in all Old Detroit.”
She then kissed his check and let go of him again, leaving him beaming with elation. When they got in the car, she was struggling to fasten her seatbelt. RoboCop looked over to her, then reached out his arm across her to fasten the seat belt for her. She sighed in high frustration, as she didn’t want to be treated like a handicapped person.
“Thanks but I could have handled it myself you know.” she firmly said. RoboCop leaned back on his seat and started the engine without saying a word.
They drove away from the hospital. Lewis’ shoulder was still bandaged so her movements where limited and she was unaware that certain actions would cause her sharp pain and flinch as a result. She helplessly tried to put back her hair, to put it behind her ear, but hair strands kept falling on her face. RoboCop turned his head towards her and again reached over her, trying to help.
Lewis was annoyed and knocked his hand away, the impact on his hard metallic hand caused her pain again “Ouch” was all she shouted. “You know you don’t have to handle me like a handicapped, I’m fine.” Murphy had reached his limit now, he had had enough.
“You are very emotional Lewis, what is upsetting you?” Lewis dropped her head down. “Oh I am sorry, I didn’t mean to be rude, I’m just not used to being so helpless you know? I hate it. I hope this is not going to last for too long. Don’t worry it’s not going to stop me from working.” She gave him a not very warm smile. If he could he would have raised an eyebrow. “What’s so bad about accepting help?” He asked. Lewis couldn’t answer the question straight away.
She looked away from him, outside the window. It was hard enough for a woman being a police officer, having to compete against her male counterparts, and knowing her partner was more or less indestructible, made her even more conscious of her own vulnerability. “I just don’t want you to think I’m weak.” RoboCop turned his head to look at her, he carefully touched her hand this time and had a very human reaction by saying “You are a good police officer, Lewis. Tougher and stronger than you think” She turned around surprised to face him.
Robo returned his vision to the road again and finally added: “I wouldn’t accept any other officer to patrol with me, partner.” Lewis playfully smirked at him. “Thank you Murphy. That means a lot to me.” They arrived at Metro West shortly, as Lewis had refused to go home in first place. She wanted to be back at work, she wanted to breathe and feel the thrill of her job. She needed her job, it was her life.
When they entered the Metro West department, she was welcomed in the office as if she had been away for months; it felt like coming home to her family. Even Sergeant Reed hugged his girl and gave her a pat on her right shoulder for encouragement. RoboCop stood aside watching the scene in silence. While she was talking to her colleagues, a man entered the department.
He was quiet and silent, trying not to disturb, but RoboCop had noticed him at once, his systems jumping in alert. His body went tense immediately, because of the suspicious way the man was moving. The man looked around trying to find Lewis. She was busy talking to the other officers and he approached him from behind. RoboCop was ready to make a move; the man placed his hand on Lewis’ shoulder, making her to suddenly cringe.
“Anne! So pleased to see you are alright again.” Lewis turned around visibly upset, ready to shout at the idiot that had dared to lie a hand on her, but when she realised who the guy was, her eyes widened with joy. She hugged the guy using her right arm, jumping up and down on her legs.
“Chris! Chris you are here, I can’t believe you’ve come. Oh I am so happy!” She kissed him on the cheek and smiled with in such great happiness, that the young man had to take a step back to keep in balance.
“Yeah I am glad to see you too Anne.” RoboCop had stepped back, watching the scene. Sergeant Reed kept an eye on him, He had realised how tense RoboCop had suddenly gotten at the appearance of the young man approaching Lewis. But before he could say anything, RoboCop turned around, walking back into the hallway, heading to his technical lab.
Reed shook his head. Lewis was so excited holding on to Chris, she was unaware her partner had walked away. Reed whistled at Lewis’ then he just nodded at her pointing at the direction Robo had taken, so she could find him.Lewis understood the message, “Anne, are you in service or can we go out and have a cup of coffee together. I really want to know how things are going and if you are alright. I was so shocked when I heard what had happened to you. You really gave us a heart attack.” Lewis wasn’t listening to Chris anymore, she was tempted to go seek Murphy.
“Anne? Are you listening? What are you looking for?”
She turned towards him now, she seemed nervous. “I am looking for my partner, I’d like to introduce you to him, but I can’t find him, he must have gone to the back. I’ll go and find out, you wait her please.” Chris got hold of her hand, just before she was able to walk away from him.
“Wait Anne, you can introduce me to him later. Please, I had a long journey and I really want to talk to you. Come on ok?” Lewis was in hesitation, she looked at Chris and then to the direction Robo had taken to walk away from her.
Lewis sighed and replied: “Ok Chris, you’re probably right. I will come back later and look for him.” She walked towards the counter, informing Reed that she was leaving and would be back on service the next day. “Can you tell him please?” Reed looked at her, he seemed dissatisfied. “Yeah I’ll tell him kid.” Lewis nodded, not feeling too well about leaving, however, she assumed that Robo’s intention was of giving her privacy by walking away from the scene.
She left the police precinct with Chris.
RoboCop had returned to the technical lab, where he sat down in his chair to rest and let Dr. Lazarus check on his systems. His shift was over anyway and as Sergeant Reed hadn’t assigned him with another case, he allowed Dr Lazarus to run her routines on him. She welcomed him back as she usually did, only to find him speechless again, as so often. She shrugged her shoulders, getting the cables ready to connect him to the computer systems to download his data for analysis. “So how have you been Murphy?” she asked at him warmly. Marie had always a strong feeling of mothering Murphy in some way.
She was a young and attractive doctor and she had been aware of his attractiveness and found his presence appealing, but as he was often in a very depressive mode and somehow melancholic, she felt a huge sympathy for him, wanting to let him now, that she was more than only a doctor. She wanted him to know, that she was a friend. Unfortunately he locked his feelings inside his machine side, barely letting her look inside him, apart from what she had recently found out by the analysis of his filtered data. Then again, Lazarus hadn’t spoken to him about the chemical detection in his blood reports.
A surprising high evidence of hormonal distribution that is usually found in connection with sexual arousal, she hadn’t mentioned him her suspicions about him having or starting a sexual life when she had found even higher levels of the same evidence in his blood examination about two weeks ago. Lazarus blushed when she held those test results in her hand and she was embarrassed to directly look at him ever since.
Lazarus knew things were changing in his life and although she was determined to find out, she was also worried to jeopardize their already difficult, so called, relationship. As Robo has no way to escape from her, neither she has a chance to walk away from him as she did not want to quit her job. RoboCop hadn’t answered her question, so she just connected him in the usual way and leaned over him to plug in a cable. Suddenly his hand made a move and seconds later she found herself retained by his fist. “Murphy! Let go!.”
He didn’t move an inch. There was nobody else in the lab, Dr. Lazarus looked around, unsure what to do next. She saw he was impassive, so she lowered her head, to directly face him. She knew Murphy was looking back at her through his visor. His facial expression was hard, his lips compressed together. “Murphy talk to me. Everything is alright. Trust me.” Lazarus reached up towards his face, touching his cheek carefully. Her sudden move worked as Robo released her, although he moved his head to one side, avoiding further touch. “I’m sorry.” He said.
Lazaurs held her wrist, rubbing it a bit. “No need to apologise, no harm done. Now what is wrong? Come on tell me, I know something’s bugging you. I can tell believe me, I know you too well” He couldn’t help but to smile at her comment, still not wanting to directly look at her, he was looking down to the floor. “It is Officer Lewis?” Dr. Lazarus raised an eyebrow and crossed her arms looking at him then. “So, what’s up with your partner? Hasn’t she been released from the hospital already?”
RoboCop nodded, letting his servos twitch at the movement. “I picked her up, brought her back to the office.” Dr. Lazarus smiled. “Well what’s bugging you then, I thought you were having a hard time being unsure about her condition and now she has returned. You two will be back on duty again soon.”
RoboCop didn’t respond, but his fingers jerked. She was watching him. “Murphy, I promise I won’t speak to anyone about what you want to talk to me about alright? I am your friend in here. Trust me. You’re not alone. I can prove it to you.” Robo lifted up his head; his lips parted not knowing what to say.
He just followed her with his eyes, when she walked over to her desk, unlocking a drawer, and grabbing some folders that contained papers and some diagrams. Lazarus approached him and handed the documents. “Look at this.” Robo started studying the papers and suddenly his hands shook when he realised what he was reading He then looked at Dr. Lazarus again, unable to say anything.
She lowered her face close to his now. “I know something is going on, but I haven’t reported these results to anyone. I wanted to talk to you about them, but ...” she paused. “But what?” he growled at her. She shrugged her shoulders. “Well, as I think you are still a human inside this armor and you have more personality than a simple machine, I admit that this is none of my business.”
He looked down at the papers and then tore them apart. “Thank you.” was all he could say. Robo stood up, detaching himself from the cables. Dr. Lazarus thought he was about to leave and stepped aside to give way to the door but instead RoboCop just walked across the room, towards the steel mesh doors that surrounded the laboratory and made it look like a cage. Robo put his hands on the steel mesh wall, his fingers through the holes, he closed his hands as if he wanted to tear the wires apart. It was a very human gesture of frustration. “Dr. Lazarus...” She approached him.
“Call me Marie.” He froze, not saying anything for a minute, and then continued: “Marie, she is more than a police officer partner to me.” Marie nodded and placed a hand on his hard, metallic shoulder, standing behind him now. He looked down to her. “I know Murphy. I knew for a long time, that officer Lewis is very important to you, as she seems to have filled the empty gap inside you that was left when you lost your family, your wife.”
Murphy turned his head. “I fear to lose her as well.” Marie felt his pain inside her. “Does she now, how much she means to you?” RoboCop now released the wire fence, turning around to Marie. Surprised at his fast, sudden movement, she stepped back, but still stayed close. “How can I? She deserves a human man that can offer her a life. All I can do is....”
He didn’t actually know what to say and just raised his metallic hands looking down on them. Marie shook her head, approached him even more and touched his cheek. “Murphy, why don’t you let her make her own decision on what she really wants?” He let his hands lower down then. “I think she already has.”
His tone of voice had turned melancholic and sad, with a metallic echo. Marie was intrigued on how his expression could change in an instant. It seemed as if something inside him was about to die. “Murphy?” He walked past her and back to his chair, sitting down again. “She left the office with a man called Chris who has been trying to contact her several times, while she’d been in the hospital.” Marie looked at him surprised.
“That makes you think, she rejected you? Do you know who the guy is?”
RoboCop shook his head slowly. “No, but that is none of my business, start check-up routine please and leave me alone.” Marie didn’t say anything in response, but complied to his orders, leaving him alone with his thoughts afterwards.
Marie felt very sorry for him, as she believed he was presuming things and tormenting himself as a result. She was sure she hadn’t misinterpreted the files he had torn apart, she was sure he was wrong on his assumptions.
However she understood his perspective and was unsure on how to let him know she understood his fear of not being fully accepted by a woman due to his special conditions.Even Lazarus herself was attracted to him in some certain way and thinking about it, she thought he hadn’t lost his sex appeal that much compared to the photos of his human former existence.
His shaped body was breathtaking and his perfect lips even made her shiver and had left her with the lust fantasies surely every girl on the force must have had at one time for the cyborg. Miles away from the station, Lewis was sitting in the cafe restaurant with Chris, who was chatting about everyday events and questioning her about her accident and her work and how she was getting on as a police officer, nevertheless, Lewis’ thoughts kept going back to him, the man she missed at that moment.
'Why had he walked away and hadn’t stayed with me?' She started to recall her reunion with Murphy when they met outside the hospital. Lewis was relieved to have left the hospital and did not pay much attention to Robo not being very affectionate to her at the moment. She started wondering why. “Anne? Anne! Are you listening to me?” She looked back at Chris, shaking her head, as she hadn’t noticed what he had just said to her.
“Hey you seem to be preoccupied. What’s the matter?” She sighed and leaned on the table playing with her spoon, from her cup of coffee, she had barely touched. “I am sorry Chris, but I am tired and my shoulder is hurting. I’d really like to get back home and get some rest you know?”
Chris affectionately touched her hand. “Sure, I’m sorry; I should have thought about that, it’s just that I haven’t seen you for so long.” She smiled at him then. “Yeah, I am really happy that you came, thank you, it really means a lot to me.”
Chris leaned back in his seat.“Why don’t you come back with me? Leave Detroit behind you. Come back home. This city is rampaged and it is dangerous. Why put your own life at such risk, Anne?
You can be a police officer there aswell.” She looked away from him. She knew he was right actually and that it really was suicidal staying in Old Detroit, the most crime-shaken city of the state. But she couldn’t and wouldn’t leave. She knew why but how was she supposed to explain it to Chris? She looked up at him and replied. “I can’t. I don’t want to ok. This is my life, my choice.”
He seemed annoyed at her. “What choice? As far as I know you have been injured numerous times and you have been lucky to survive and this crazy city being ruled by this freaking company is doomed anyway… There is no reason, no need for you to put yourself at such a high risk Anne.” She frowned at him, then shrugged.
“I want to go home now.” That was the end of the discussion. She got up and leaned over to kiss his cheek. “I’ll see you Chris. How long are you staying?” He sighed and he added. “Leaving in two days. Got to be back at work on Thursday.” She nodded, and then turned to leave the restaurant.
When Lewis sat in the taxi, she told the driver to take her back to Metro West. She wanted to see him, before she would go home. She felt the urge of talking to Murphy. Something was wrong and she knew she wouldn’t find peace of mind, until she had had the chance to speak to him about it.
She arrived at the office and entered through the big doors, looking at the desk. Sergeant Reed wasn’t in and Clara had gone home as well, her replacement sitting at the desk, typing some notes on the computer, not even looking up to her, when she walked past the counter. Some other officers were walking in some arrested suspects.
Lewis walked along the counter and through the door leading to the hallway. She went past the locker rooms and walked up to the door of the technical lab. She hesitated, feeling a bit nervous. Then she knocked on the door. Nobody answered, so she pressed down the handle and walked inside.
There were no technicians, not even Dr. Lazarus. 'This is strange. There is usually always someone in here.' She walked into the room and then she saw Robo, sitting on his chair. As he was wearing his helmet, she couldn’t see his face and didn’t know if he was awake or sleeping. She moved near him and laid down one hand on his.
He didn’t move. Behind her she heard a scratching noise and turned around to take a look. It was a needle printer that was recording his emotions and stress analysis, the needles drawing straight lines on the paper below, meaning he was asleep and mostly calm apart from small ups and downs every now and then. She returned to him again, his head was lowered down, the fingers of his hands relaxed. “Oh Murphy.” she murmured. How she wished to snuggle with him right now, crawl onto his lap, leaning into his chest, just to be close to him.
Lewis wondered how long it would take for him until his routine would come to an end, but as there was nobody here to ask, she just stood there, looking at him. She realised that he wasn’t aware of her presence and assumed that it would take quite a while before he would be online again. She bent down towards him, kissing his cheek and turned away.
She stopped when she heard a metallic sound and looked back at him. His fingers had twitched and the needle of the printer had started to lash out dramatic curves on the paper. He reacted on her kiss, so he must have noticed something. As she didn’t dare to wake him up, not wanting to disturb his rest, she left the lab and walked back towards the office, when Dr. Lazarus came up in her direction.
The doctor froze in front of her. “Hello officer Lewis, glad to see you recovered. Have you been in the lab?” Lewis blushed a bit. “Thank you Dr. Lazarus. Yes I wanted to see him, he’d been a bit indifferent lately and I just wanted to make sure he was alright. But he seems to be in standby mode, he didn’t react or notice my presence and I didn’t want to interrupt his sleep cycle”
Dr Lazarus pulled on her lower lip. “I doubt that he really hasn’t noticed your presence officer Lewis.” Lewis raised her eyebrows. “What do you mean?” Dr Lazarus shook her head and walked past her heading towards the lab. “Dr Lazarus?” The doctor looked back at Lewis from over her shoulder. “Could you please tell him I was here?” Marie smiled slightly. “He already knows.” Lewis looked at the floor. Marie opened the lab doors. “Tell him I’ll go home and be back in patrol with him tomorrow, please”
Dr Lazarus nodded, then disappeared into the lab. Lewis left the office, returning home, feeling exhausted and realising that she might have put on too much stress regarding her conditions as she still felt her shoulder paining her and barely felt strength in her legs now. She decided to take a shower, in order to relax her strained muscles. She enjoyed the hot water and stayed in the shower for nearly half an hour until she was satisfied with the warmth that had spread throughout her body.
She stepped out of the shower, a thin white towel wrapped around her body, barely touching her thighs. She brushed a hand over the fogged mirror and looked at herself. Her wet, dark blond-brown curly hair tangled around her face. She looked at her shoulder, were the scar could be seen from where the bullet had been removed from her body. She touched it with her fingers, the edges still a bit swollen and the skin irritated red. She sighed and grabbed a towel to dry her hair.
She then walked into her bedroom, letting the towel drop to the floor and stepped into some black panties and picked out a pink, silky nightgown. Anne didn’t particularly like the colour, but the silk felt nice on her skin and she closed her eyes pretending how he would look at her, if Murphy could see her now. She started to blush and then walked into her living room to snuggle on her couch and turned on the television, to distract her thoughts about her adored cyborg. It wasn’t long, until she fell asleep. Later that night, there was a dull, hollow knock coming from her door.
The noise shook her and she stood up in a matter of seconds, she looked at her alarm clock and realised it was past midnight and it was very dark in her apartment. She peeked through the spyhole to see who it was at that hour. Lewis could not believe her eyes when she found out who it was; she grabbed the padlock and then opened the door. “Murphy?” He stood in front of her not moving.
“Come in, please. How did you get here?” While she asked, she shook her head at the stupid question. Robo didn’t answer, but entered the flat, very slowly, very calm. She made room for him to enter. He looked at her shortly, then walked into the living room, his heavy footsteps beating on the floor. She closed the door and followed him.
He turned around to face her, the moonlight shining through her window, hardly the only light in the room. He had no problem seeing her, as his programmed vision was able to see clearly by night. Both of them didn’t say a word.
He just looked at her, lowering his head. Only then she realised, that she had stood in front of him, only wearing the short, silky nightgown. She blushed a bit and started to play with her hands, slightly nervous about the situation. RoboCop then turned away his head to look away from her, as she was distracting his mind. “Dr. Lazarus told me, you’d been in the lab, and you were determined to talk to me about something?”
Anne raised an eyebrow. 'Lame excuse for coming in the middle of the night. But then again, this is him all along.' She nodded. “Yes, I noticed you were behaving differently when you picked me outside the hospital”Robo remained silent, so Lewis carried on: “I wanted to know why you’d left after we arrived at the office.”
He still didn’t meet her gaze. “I didn’t want to interrupt your reunion with that, to me unknown, man that clearly had come to see you.” He finally dared to reply.Lewis felt frustrated to see Murphy being distant again. “Alex don’t, you are misunderstanding.” She came closer but he dismissed her approach, his servos fizzling. “It is none of my business, you’ve got the right to meet and go out with whoever you decide.
I just want to be sure, you’re safe and alright.” Lewis froze at the words, looking up to him. “Alex. No. It’s nothing… Chris is my brother, Alex. He came all this way from New Hampshire. My mom and he live there, I hardly have any contact to them and he found out about my injuries.” RoboCop who had walked a few steps away from Lewis, was surprised and glad at her response and dared to directly look at her: “Your brother?” Lewis sighed.
“Yes. He is my big brother, another protective man in my life; did you think you were the only one? He dislikes me being a cop; putting myself into danger everyday…he was asking me to leave with him back to New Hampshire, where we both are from” Robo seemed crushed by the news.
“Are you leaving?” She stood in the middle of her living room, the moonlight glowing from behind her. “No.” At that point they were directly facing each other. “Why not? He is right. You’d be safe.” Robo replied, in a sad way. She just exhaled, approaching him very slowly; Robo lowered his guard and expected her next move.
She looked up to Robo, and tried to flirt with him by showing off her outfit. “What do you think?” She didn’t give him a chance to answer, but just stepped high on her toes, locking her arms around his neck, kissing him frenetically. His lips parted, moving with hers and his arms were now wrapped around her. “I have missed you Alex.” He breathed against her kiss and smirked. “I like your dress, Anne.” She giggled and leaned her head against his, feeling his cold helmet against her forehead. “Can you take off your helmet?”
He nodded and she walked away to get a drill for him. Robo managed to remove his helmet. Lewis was waiting for him. He smirked at her and grabbed her left arm, carefully not to hurt her, pulling her close, looking down into her eyes.
“I was afraid you had changed your mind, but I would have walked away if that’s what you wanted.” Lewis sighed in frustration again. “How could you? Haven’t you figured out yet how much you mean to me?” Lewis was annoyed by thinking Robo seriously considered her leaving him after everything they had gone through and the intimate moments they had shared not so long ago. “Are you blaming me for this?” he responded. His eyes were soft but still uncertain. She shook her head.
“No. I’m not blaming you for this.” She wanted to shut up him and leaned on him and kissed him passionately and he responded the same way. She wanted him right now and as far as she could tell, he wanted her in the same way. She let go of him, breaking the kiss and pulling him with her to her bedroom. He stopped in the door, looking around the room for a second, and then following her inside. “Be with me.” She said, slightly breathless, as his lips trailed down her neck, when she cuddled up against his hard metal body again. Their lips met again then, the kiss determined, frustrated.
She wanted more, she needed more, wondering how much more she could take before losing control. “You’re dizzing me Murphy.” He smirked into her skin as he kissed his way down her neck towards her chest. She closed her eyes, leaning her head back, adapting her body on his. They weren’t standing in front of her bed, but somehow they had ended up against the wall, as she could feel the wall behind her. “Are you alright?” He asked her, he seemed agitated. “We’re talking too much.” She responded, meeting his eyes.
“Agreed.” He lifted her up, wrapping her legs around him and she gasped when she felt the hard, cold wall against her back and moved back to lean on his chest which she found more comfortable. Nevertheless his idea was to playfully pin her on the wall, he held both her wrists and pinned her arms against the wall, his lips moving down her neck again.
She found out there was something about this side of him that scared and excited her to the boundaries of her mental sanity. Her rational mind telling her to run away from him, but her heart was shouting in high excitement to stay. She was not afraid of him…
She felt safe and she trusted him with both, her body and her life. Lewis’ body was completely wrapped around Robo’s metallic armor. He removed her nightgown from her, by tearing it off. She sighed in excitement. Her breasts were open to him now; he moved his metallic fingers on them, her nipples hard already, his touch made her shiver. She murmured against his lips, when he kissed her, his tongue dipping inside her, searching.
He now held her against his body and turned towards the bed with her, laying her on top of the bed. She closed her eyes, biting her lower lip. He trailed his metallic fingers from her collarbone down between her breasts, over the stomach, further down over the fabric of her panties. She sighed hard and moved her hips against his hand. He then pulled back the thong, moving it aside. She moaned as he was teasing her, her breath coming hard now.
He inserted two cold, hard, metallic fingers inside her without a warning and she pressed herself against him immediately. His breath was hard now and she could hear the already familiar sound of the metallic fizzle, when the black bulky crotch plate moved and slid aside. She clenched the blankets in her hand and gasped when he removed his hand from between her legs and then slid into her without hesitation, her insides adjusting to him as quickly as they could, before he pulled out, only to slam back into her again. Anne was indecisive between wanting him to be gentle and the urge for him to stay rough.
The muscles in her body clenched around him, holding him inside her, Robo then suddenly lifted her up, his servos fizzling at the moves and surprisingly leaned back in the bed carefully, while she remained on top of him now. She took great pleasure, having the chance to ride him, by being on top of him now.
He was lying flat on the bed. Robo usually likes to be in charge, to be in control and give orders, but at that particular moment, he allowed her to do what she pleased. Anne took the chance to be in charge, she was brilliant at it. She moved for him, with him and against him.
Her hands were flat on his chest, feeling the cold, hard metal body under her fingers, sending shivers down her spine, holding herself up, while she rocked against him. His metal fingers dug on her ass, on her hips, helping her to move. She could feel it, bit her lower lip and gasped every time he hit that spot.
She cried out when the first wave of orgasm went through her body. He didn’t stop; it felt like he might never stop thrusting into her. It could have been a matter of moments or minutes their bodies were connected and she knew in this instant that she would never be able to stop wanting more.
The climax had taken most of her energy and she lost the strength in her arms, and dropped her exhausted body on his. He lifted himself up, he sat on the bed and Lewis remained sitting on his lap. He bent her back to be able to kiss her breasts.
She moaned as his lips closed around her nipples. The warm softness of his tongue matched with the hardness of his teeth her as he continued to thrust into her. She pulled herself up to be able to kiss him again.Their love making was the same way they lived, soft and gentle, then terrifying and exhilarating. It was a race that seemed to not have an end; they were breathless and desperate for each other. Lewis’ second orgasm was a shared climax with his now.
They reached their highest point of pleasure, together. She then rolled off his armor to lie next to him, leaned on her elbow to look at his beautiful, blue eyes. He smiled at her breathlessly. “Will you stay with me or do you have to leave?” she whispered to him. “Well, actually I am programmed to find out if there is a crime happening....” She leaned on him: “Ahhh, wrong answer.” Lewis shut him up by kissing him passionately, searching for his tongue. He smirked against her lips, then broke the kiss.
“So I guess it would be a crime to leave you?” He playfully said and she just nodded. He moved to get back up on his feet. He then turned to her, looking over her body before meeting her eyes. “You know I can’t stay in bed with you, most likely you’d end up hurt by my body armor.”
She laughed at him by getting off the bed, walking towards him, making him walking backwards till his back hit the wall behind him. He stood still then looked into her eyes. “Ok Alex, I will be a good girl then, letting you go on duty and will meet you in the morning to work our shift together again.” Robo raised his hand towards her face, his fingers running through her cheek. She shivered and closed her eyes.
She leaned into him, letting her hand rest against his chest plate, before slowly caressing him down to his midsection. He closed his eyes, his lips parted. “Anne...no.” She just sighed, “You’re not a good girl.” She giggled. “Being good never suited me really, Murphy.” He moaned.
“I like the way you call my surname, making it sound like a swear word.” She then kissed his lips once, before kneeling down in front of him, one hand on his hip, while wrapping him in her other hand, realising how hard he was already. She looked up at him and smiled once more, before she leaned towards him. He gritted his teeth, leaning his head back against the wall, when he felt her warm, wet mouth around him, sucking up and sliding down.
Her tongue twirled and he felt her moan instead of hearing it. Anne tightened her grip on him, smirking as her lips popped when she finally released him. He smiled at her when she stood back, facing him, it was easy for him to lift her up and place her around his hips again, turning her towards the wall now, pinning her back against it to secure her, whilst kissing her neck, when he thrusted into her again, making her scream with excitement.
He thrusted into her quickly, she moved and tightened around him, her hands wrapped around his arms, holding tightly as they began to move harder.
Slow love wasn’t on their list this time, but it didn’t seem like she minded all that much. “Oh Murphy, I will never be able to stop wanting you.” He smirked breathing heavily down her neck. “Same here, Anne, Same here” When they reached climax this time, both of them where fully overwhelmed by their feelings.
Murphy released his grip on her then and she heard the fizzling sound of the crotch plate locking. She leaned against his chest, tiredness getting a hold on her. He realised how weak she was now and pulled her up into his arms, carrying her to her bed, placing her on the mattress. She snuggled into the sheets. He bent down towards her, kissing her cheek gently.
He then turned towards the door. “See you tomorrow morning Murphy.” she murmured. He smiled back at her over his shoulder. “Good night. See you tomorrow.” Then he left, going back to his cruiser, ready to go on nightly patrol.
The End
